January Favorites

Below are MY current favorites. Take what you like from it–– this is simply a visual guide to help you create a wellness routine that works for you. 

Wim Hof in the AM. I do this daily in the AM (it’s free on YouTube). I like to do this first thing in the morning before my cortisol raises and catapults me into fight or flight mode. When I’m consistent, this has made a PROFOUND difference in my life. 

Facial lymphatic massage. This is also free on YouTube, I found this video a few years ago and I swear by it. If I am going to an event or out to dinner with friends, I will do this in the morning to sculpt my face. 

Cosmic Cultures matcha iykykkk. This is the best quality matcha, hands down. Organically grown, professionally blended to the Uji standard and stone milled to order. If you live in Dallas, dm them! They deliver. 


Having a bath ritual 

  1. Oregano oil. Great for immune health and soothing the muscles. Less is more here. Add 1-2 small drops.

  2. Mustard bath. Use this when you feel yourself coming down with a cold. This therapeutic bath treatment will open pores and detoxify the body. This has been my secret weapon for years. 

  3. Nature of Things Magnesium Soak. Infused with magnesium chloride ecologically sourced from salt mines in the Himalayas, this soak eases tension and soreness and nourishes the body with a much-needed mineral. Ideal for using just before bed to have a better night’s sleep.
